Cancellations affect Brunswick Lodge greatly.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost.
Cancellations within 7 days incur 100% charge for every room night cancelled. All cancellations must be made in writing.
If we can re-book the space a refund will be made. We advise all travellers to take out cancellation policy insurance.
On receipt of your pencil booking, our response will advise you of availability and applicable tariff details.
Once we have confirmed your booking with you, we will email you a booking number and a link to our secure confirmation page to provide your credit card details safely as a guarantee for your booking.
