Our daily rate is based on numbers of people per night:

NZ$695 (incl. GST) twin or double occupancy
NZ$75 (incl. GST) each additional person

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, or cheque in NZ dollars 14 days in advance of reservation.
A minimum of 3 nights per stay is required (please note
during peak periods a longer minimum stay policy may apply).
A small surcharge applies for Christmas and New Year.
Brunwsick Lodge is non-smoking. Pets are not invited.
We can cater for 2 guests per night and can readily expand
to a group or family of up to 7-8 guests per night.
Children are welcome.

A single party booking for 1 night with private and exclusive use of all facilities required for yourselves as described on this web site. Depending on your requirements, we offer 1 to 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 triple) each with en-suite bathroom.

Servicing every third day and at check out included in the rate
Additional servicing is available on request for $NZ100 per service

booking procedure
- To make a tentative booking, please email us: info@brunswick.co.nz or complete our booking form.
- On receipt of your booking enquiry, our response will advise you of availability and applicable tariff details.
- Once we have confirmed your booking with you, we will email you a booking number and a link to our
secure online booking confirmation page to provide your credit card details safely as a guarantee for your booking.
Check in: 3 - 7pm; check out: prior to 11am. If you arrive prior to, or wish to remain later than these times, we will do our best to assist you. We appreciate having your accurate arrival details prior to your arrival.
terms and conditions
A deposit of 25% of the total stay price upon booking.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a NZ$250 booking fee.
Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.
Cancellations affect Brunswick Lodge greatly. We endeavour to rebook the space, if successful a refund less booking fee will be made.
We advise all travellers to take out cancellation policy insurance.
Apartment Two, Brunswick Lodge reserves the right to charge your credit card with any damage costs that occur during your stay.
Apartment Two, Brunswick Lodge accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property.
Apartment Two, Brunswick Lodge endeavours to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order. In the event of any malfunction, we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Brunswick Lodge is a no smoking zone.
Brunswick Lodge is also ideal for corporate launches, event headquarters or VIP functions for which we can arrange full
catering, dinners or cocktail functions.
